Gloria is responsible for the Career Transition Center at Point Mugu, CA. She established and provides transition and career counseling services for federal civilian employees in transition. Gloria brings over 30 years experience in HR, Training, Career Transition Counseling, and Employee Assistance Programs. She has proficiency in U.S. Navy and Army civilian federal policies, procedures and protocol.
