Edgar Dillard, Ed.D., Career Transition Specialist
Edgar coaches clients through the development of career transition strategies. Edgar conducts briefings and workshops to community members and clients. He develops community based contacts to obtain pertinent resource information to assist clients. Also, Edgar refers clients to applicable installation service providers to include CEAP and legal. He has designed and implemented comprehensive database system to track client demographics and activity. Dr. Dillard has a strategic concept of providing support to employees and the supervisors who manage them.
