Meagan McCarley, M. Ed., CRC, Director of Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment Services
As a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, Meagan has developed her career as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. While actively providing comprehensive vocational rehabilitation and employment services, Meagan manages the vocational rehabilitation consultants and contracted personnel. Meagan McCarley coordinates CCRG availability for vocational rehabilitation and employment services throughout the Southern and Southwestern areas of the United States.

Gene Tyson, Chaplain (LTC-Ret.), Military Reintegration Training  
As the architect of CCRG’s Military Reintegration Training Program, Gene delivered reintegration training to more than 30,000 active duty and their family members to great commendation. As a retired U.S. Army Chaplain with 20 years of active duty, Gene Tyson has provided professional service as a trainer/consultant for the Department of Defense since 2000.

Paul Robinson, Senior VP of Human Resources and Training
After ten years of distinguished military service, Paul honorably separated from the United States Air Force. With a Master’s degree in Procurement, Paul held various management and executive level Human Resource positions such as Assistant VP, Strategic Staffing at USAA.  Paul Robinson lends his expertise in human resources training and human capital development to CCRG throughout contract development and implementation.

As a Licensed Behavioral Practitioner as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Erica brings more than 16 years of professional counseling, evaluations and testing experience. Being a U.S. Army veteran, Erica Seyfert expertly directs CCRG’s counselor training and provides comprehensive vocational rehabilitation & employment services throughout the State of Oklahoma and Texas.

With a Master's degree in Education, Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, Marci Eddins has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities. Marci provides vocational rehabilitation and transition counseling services for veterans and military families in the Texas area.

Barbara Rogers, MA, LPC, Counselor-Advocate
Primarily working with severely wounded service members injured during their deployment abroad, Barbara Rogers provides support through counseling. As well, she advocates on behalf of the service members and their families with local and national non-profit organizations to provide financial assistance and other family needs.  She works in support of the existing service organizations and case management network to ensure that every service member obtains assistance.  She provides service in the military facilities and veterans’ hospitals throughout the San Antonio, Texas area.
