Successful Rehabilitation Services are defined as a comprehensive sequence of coordinated services, mutually planned by the agency, transitioning or injured worker and assigned rehabilitation counselor.
The goal is to increase the number of transitioning or injured workers successfully returning to work, identifying and addressing employability concerns, increasing client independence, improving workplace integration, and increasing participation of the transitioning or injured worker in the workplace and the community. Our Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors are Master’s level professionals, licensed by the American Psychological Association, the American Counseling Association or the Commission on Rehabilitation Counseling.
